Chad brings extensive experience and leadership to every project. He holds both Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) credentials—demonstrating his deep understanding of the unique challenges within healthcare construction. From helping craft a functional narrative, and working through space planning/management to coordinating with Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) teams on project phasing and logistics, Chad ensures every detail supports safety, efficiency, and long-term success. His hands-on, collaborative approach is the foundation of the company’s client-first philosophy.
